6 Months of Knowing Heaven on Earth

Never has a half of a year gone by so quickly.  But never before have I had something so amazing to track time by.
You are 6 months old sweet baby boy.  I'm amazed by the changes that take place from day to day, week to week, month to month.  To look at pictures of your first month of life is already a bittersweet feeling.  We have all learned a lot around here.  Each milestone you've made has come quicker than I thought it would and I find myself grasping at the moments like sand running through my fingers.

6 months later
Milestones this past month:
Tooth number two made it's arrival, and moved in next door to number one.
Those big chompers were used to try food for the first time; eating rice cereal, oatmeal cereal, bananas and oatmeal cereal.
The exersaucer became the newest attraction in our pursuit of operation Baby Stuff Takeover.   He went from being mildly entertained by it to happily moving from one toy to the next, hitting buttons that make music, and having to have the height moved up a level.
Using the bumbo may not be neaded for much longer.  Wobbling from side to side, he is now sitting without assistance for longer periods of time and sticking a hand out to catch himself from falling over for a moment.
Laughs became louder, smiles became wider, and you found yourself nestled deeper into our hearts.

One thing we know for sure,
You is kind
You is smart
You is important
You is loved
