Quite an easy meal but one I should remember!

 We had almond crusted salmon w/asparagus wrapped in prosciutto & a pear salad (which looked to good to eat. It was all soooooo gooD!

Trimmings

We couldn't see our boys eyes at all anymore so I decided to give him his sense of sight back and trim that mop!

Recruiting

Tonight Barry and I had quite an experience. We traveled down to Knoxville with Paige, Kate, Laura......Oh and head coach of UK's football teamJoker Phillips, and defensive coordinator David Turner. The lovely little event was made possible in a Cessna Citation piloted by Glenn, Paige's boyfriend. Coach had a kid he was going to go watch play some ball that has already verbally committed to UK named Shaq Love. We arrived in Knoxville, got out of the plane and into a limo that took us to a restaraunt for dinner. We had a great meal and then headed downtown to a really neat bar called Saphire. It use to be an old jewlery store and all the original cases were still inside with local artwork displayed in them. We then headed back to the airport to meet up with Joker, an assistant coach and the offensive coordinator Randy Sanders. Paige and I made drinks for everyone and Barry got to chat it up with the coaches. He even got a fist bump from Joker when I told him that's where he proposed to me. :) It was a fabulous time and something we won't forget!

Beautiful

I'm eating oatmeal and getting ready to craft.  Snowed in!  .........  well until 4:30 when our flight leaves for Knoxville!

BANANAS!!!!   In chocolate while it snows. 3 inches on the ground and counting. We had a crazy early dismissal day today. And school has been canceled for tomorrow.   Looks like sledding , sewing and knitting in my future weekend plans.  :)
