Our Derby Day was a success. We had roses. We had Mint Juleps. Good Friends. And we watched the thrilling horse event as I'll Have Another took the blanket of roses.
While Googling for Derby desserts I found this fabulous one and pinned it. We enjoyed it and I believe it might be my new Derby tradition.

Henry rather enjoyed his first Derby. Complete with wearing his Daddy's bow tie from when he was a wee one. :)
