After being a brunette for a while I decided to go back blonde. Wow it feels sooooo weird and it looks like a light on top of my head. However I know this is the color that makes me feel, well ME!

pitiful

this is what my garden looks like thanks to working and gradschool.  some icky green worm is eating wholes in my cabbage too!  lots of work to be done and so little time to do it in.

our day at the pool

Yes we were beyond excited to head to the pool to celebrate being out for the summer.....but just as we stepped down the stairs Laura and I heard thunder. This turned into a huge storm which had us sitting in her living room drinking sangria in swimsuits and sweatpants instead. We still had a good lil get together!

Barry picked a bouquet of trees for me.  As I worked on the dreaded paper he weeded a bed and planted my daylilies......too sweet!
